Woodland Enterprises is a small family business which was started with the help of the Princes' Trust and Business Link in November 2008.
All the staff are fully qualified, experienced and insured to carry out tree surgery, landscape gardening, fencing, and conservation work.
Our staff have over 40 years of combined work experience and have worked in some of the most environmentally sensitive areas in the North of England, for example SSSI sites and nature/wildfowl reserves.
We can help our customers with tree preservation orders, problem/dangerous trees, design ideas for landscape gardening, numerous different types of fencing and improving habitats for wildlife, flora and fauna.
We are also involved in estate and land management that can include felling, planting, hedging and drainage.
Woodland Enterprises also offers a specialist service to racehorse trainers, owners and course builders that can include several types of birch fences, log jumps, water complexes and other jumps as required.
We also supply portable jumps to local and county show grounds for example working hunter courses.
We also supply logs, sticks and firewood for domestic heating and open fires.
